Week 8: August 4–6

  • Camp Details:

    This 3-day summer camp runs Tuesday–Thursday and is designed to give players consistent, high-quality training in a structured setting. Each day includes 80 minutes on the ice and 60 minutes of plyometric training, with a focus on skating, movement, and overall on-ice performance.

     

    Training follows a progressive approach built around three key areas: developing athletic movement, improving posture and timing for greater speed and efficiency, and applying technique in more challenging, game-like situations.

     

    The three-day format allows players to build habits through repetition and carry progress from one session to the next, while still leaving the rest of the week open to recharge and stay flexible during the summer.

     

    Sessions are structured to maintain a focused training environment, with an emphasis on instruction, correction, and building strong habits that translate to performance.

     

    Open to players ages 12–16.
